• Ask Fenden for the item you need - Dragonscale Hills
• Deliver Crusader's Progress Report to Yelinak's Emissary - Skyshrine
• Return to Fenden - Dragonscale Hills

Reward:

• 20 Faycitum
• Experience (24% of AA)
• Gain faction with Crusaders of Veeshan

Notes:

Be sure you hail Fenden after getting the task! You must do this to get the Crusader's Progress Report.

Head over to skyshrine. To reach the Emissary start in the pool room from Cobalt Scar. Take the north exit and the first right. Go through a room, then north into a hallway. Follow the hall until you can take an opening on the left to go east. This leads to another room with pools. On the south side of the room is a ramp up leading to a large chamber. Here you'll go up the ramp in front of you, turn east and up again. When it levels out, face north and you'll see the Emissary. Hand over the report and head back to Fenden for your reward.
