• Deliver the report to Tal Stoutheart - North Karana
• Deliver Tal's report to Larquin - Loping Plains
• Return to Fenden - Dragonscale Hills

Reward:

• 20 Faycitum
• Experience (24% of AA)
• Gain faction with Fangbreakers

Notes:

Be sure you hail Fenden after getting the task! You must do this to get the Fangbreaker's Progress Report.

Trot on over to North Karana (guild portal takes you there) and find Tal Stoutheart in the northeastern portion of the zone. He'll give you a Tal Stoutheart's Report for you to take to Larquin in Loping Plains. Do so and then return to Fenden for your reward.
