There are no instanced versions of Katta Castrum. The non-instanced Katta has a predicted 15 loot dropping named, but only 14 appear to be live.

• Tempest Eddy - A named dervish which spawns in the northern area of Katta. Can't be snared or rooted, but it does NOT summon. Max hit about 1300, casts Waterlogged Wails. All dervish mobs surrounding the building are ph's.
  Fractured Shard of Mana -- Golden Earring of Piety
• Brine of Prexus - Named water elemental, spawns in northern portion of inner ring. Brine can spawn from any of the 4 water elementals in the fountain. It is a cleric class mob (as are the ph's), so spends a lot of time healing itself. Like all water elementals, it can cast Eddy of Dreams, a 12 sec mez. Max hit approx 1600. Does NOT summon.
  Elemental Ice Fragment -- Rune Etched Platinum Ring
• Gluttuxl of the Fangs - This shissar spawns in the outer city ring, Southeast side near Thallasius. Max hit around 1800.
  Painted Snakeskin Mask -- Enameled Iron Stud

• Hezmaklith the Deadkeeper - This named shissar spawns in the north eastern portion of the inner ring of katta, multiple mobs in camp are his PH. It casts snare, has AE rampage, and can summon. Max hit over 1700.
  Gemmed Snake Fang Choker -- Acid Etched Platinum Ring
• Khirixireth the Watcher - Named shissar spawns on the ruins in the northern most portion of the zone. AE rampages.
  Scaled Mask of the Faithful -- Saltcrusted Silk Sash
• Dark Rites Master Rhissutiz - Spawns in the shissar library, eastern portion of the inner city ring. Multiple spawn points.
  Blessed Crystalline Necklace -- Spiked Platinum Stud
• Confidante Ruxhutin - Spawns on the north western portion of the outer section of the city. Summons.
  Silken Mantle of the Summoner -- Iridescent Pearl Earring
• Sarkhaza the Bone Collector - Named shissar on west side of inner city ring, due south of Sanctum Beza.
  Reinforced Snakeskin Cloak -- Venomous Emerald Ring
• Voidwalker Vithsixix - Spawns in the south eastern section of the inner city ring.
  Tattered Ceremonial Mantle -- Scaled Pauldrons of Battle
• Mudpuppy - A named earth elemental, roots and can summon. Spawns near Inner Azia in the south eastern portion of the middle ring.
  Mud Covered Blood Ruby -- Dusty Cloak of Elements
• Spiritflame of the Drowned - A named fire elemental. Spawns from any of 4 ph's in a little gazebo area in the south eastern portion of the middle city ring. (thanks Lobot)
  Molten Iron Ingot -- Flame Scorched Belt
• Arch Summoner Vratizosh - Only info is it spawns on the west side near Zzarishazum
  UNKNOWN -- Shissar Hide Cloak
• Messenger Xhuxutuzh - Named shissar which reportedly can cast snare. He spawns just southeast of Vizier Zio's tower.
  Warped Iron Faceplate -- Twisted Belt of the Mind
• Zrazhzazeku the Defiant - Named shissar with a dot and an AE mana drain.
  Saltcrusted Steel Gorget -- Ceremonial Silver Baton
