Currently, you must "sneak" to speak with Tivalin. In this mission you have a few steps to complete:
Each of the three temples in Silyssar has two "ornate chest"s, each of which contain a "shedded snakeskin". Some of these chests are unguarded and a rogue or monk can get to the and open them to retrieve. If you lack a sneaky type, you'll need to clear to these chests to get the skins.
Each of the three temples has a ground spawn book, the "Rituals of Essence and Blood". You'll need to collect any of the three, only need one. A rogue is again handy to sneak around and find one.
Each of the three temples contain two "slaves", these slaves are light blue con non-agro shissar that are guarded by Sacrificers. You will need to clear the mobs around a slave before they respond to hails, but one you do a simple hail will despawn them and count towards your three needed. Since you need three, and there are only two per temple you will need to clear two temples to win.
Scattered around the temples are Necrotheurgists and Sacrificers. The Sacrificers are guarding the slaves. Each of these mobs will drop a "Bloodletting Kris". You'll need a total of three, but likely get more (I got 7 on the time I did it by the time we finished).
Once you have 3 Kris, 3 skins, freed 3 slaves, and picked up a book, return them to Tivalin for the win. Very time intensive to get this mission done, but nice xp doing so.
