There are 5 missions which take place in the instanced Zhisza. The trash in these missions have significantly more hp than those in Atiiki or Thalassius, fortunatly you can invis past a good percentage of them. Also of note is the bugs, spiders, and gorilla are non-agro and non-social, so avoid AE spells and you can ignore them.

The non-instanced Zhisza has 5 loot dropping named.

• Holloweyes - A named golem model. He sees invis and can spawn all around the zone (zone in, quarry, east of temple, etc). Hits for about 3500 max and has about 250k hitpoints. Like other golems he casts Powerful Golem Strike. Enrages.
  Hollow Eye Hoop -- Cloak of the Sightless
• Chitters - A named scarab, confirmed to spawn west of zone in near the quarry. It is thought that his ph's are "a hissing death beetle". Can see invis, but is non-agro. Max hit around 2500. Enrages.
  Jeweled Scarab Band -- Sanguine Scarab Cord
• Defiler Jaziriiz - This shissar spawns in the temple on the highest floor. The spawn point below lists one possible location, other mobs in the room are also placeholders.
  Mask of Jaziriiz -- Jaziriiz's Bloodblade
• The Stonecarver - This named shissar spawns around the zone in area and roams. It sees invis and supposedly can agro people at zone in. Max hit around 3k, enrages, and like all shissar in zone he can cast Venom Blast. Has about 250k hp. PH is simply "a shissar patroller".
  Choker of the Stonecarver -- Orb of Stonecarving
• Elder Kazzi - This shissar spawns in the temple on the second floor.
  Amice of the Shissar Elders -- Kazzi's Symbol
