You will need at least kindly faction to get "The Pretender" task, a requirement to request "A Complex Diversion". You will need ally faction to request and join Zhubis's raid.

You raise this faction by doing tasks for Zhubis, the Griffin Tamer, Pezripsid, and Y`ssuria the Elder

You need to complete a total of 8 tasks to reach Ally status. I recommend doing Y'ssuria's 3 sketches, Zhubis' first two tasks (Sabotage and Disarm), Pezripsid's first 2 tasks (killing Black Legion mobs), and then doing eggtenders in Northeast Ashengate. The eggtenders will count for both Zhubis and Pezripsid, giving 9 total tasks, more than enough for ally.
