Maybe, maybe not.

It could be used to bypass things, for sure. Monk drags the dead cleric past all the trash mobs to the safe spot, then the cleric potion rezzes and starts rezzing all the other dragged people, and the raid saves a three hour plow.

Kind of like how people figured out to set up coh bots in Vex Thal, with a rogue running ahead of a necro doing the death run FD routine to get to one of the safe spots there; then dragging in a cleric; and finally camping a mage.

Or how people figured out how to move the raid force to Tunare in Plane of Air, with a necro summoning corpses to the last island and then rezzing people there.

Given that those tactics are already established as part of the game, I don't see the rez potion adding anything new for raids with sufficient resources, who want to bypass the plow in order to get to the boss mob.

Rez potions would mean, though, that a group that wiped would have the option of getting quickly back on track, although with a significant cash cost.
