Does anyone have a clue how to make this potion, it is needed in the expert tailoring quest for the concussive bola any help would be appreciated.

Hehe, no ... the Tailor Master Trophy has a recipe that needs Stunning Concoction I (pre-PoR potion), for which there is no new equivalent alchemy recipe at the moment. The combine will work if you have a pre-PoR Stunning Concoction I potion. It just can't be finished for those who don't, since the new alchemy recipe isn't in game, and the old recipe has been disabled.
