I am assuming you would talk to the Event Coordinator in Freeport West..the newb area....on zoing in from PoK, you need to go around the wall and head due north til you see the tents...the Event Coordinator is a halfing woman name begins with a B...the judge is there as well. Like I said, I am only assuming that you would talk to her. I am only a journeyman (with trophy and Satchel) so never had to do the other (put it on the back burner only dragging shammy out once in a while as funds allowed). Hope that the info is right.
