I need to organize some kind of information about the fun new alchemy stuff we have. I'm going to post a bunch of stuff here, but it's kind of a work in progress.

Best Chance of Alchemy Success - mojoejojo

Absolute best alchemy skill posible, bar nothing, is:

Alchemy skill 300 + Swarm Orb (+15%) for a total max of 345 modded skill.

Additional AAs that affect alchemy are:

Alchemy Mastery up to AM3 - reduces chance of failures
Salvage up to S3 - in the event of a failed combine, chance to not lose each component.

To recap, Alchemy 300 + Swarm Orb + AM3 + Salvage 3 = maxxed Alchemy, at least for now.

when OoW came out, there was a Philo stone in baz for 500k....didnt see it there very long. I'm lucky enough to have a nice guildie let me use his
