69.3 Normal: CORRECTION (I've heard more reports for this being true than the reverse)
69.3 Hard: CORRECTION Remove Blood Fire Wand from the Hard mode loot table (see above comment for 69.3 normal)

You need a section for Hides You Seek with both normal and hard modes under the Tisthal Gimblecranz section (the second mission after Spies Like Them.
