i'm getting off topic here, but exactly how useful is sneak strictly for the purposes of getting past mobs anyway? the reason i ask is, after the introduction of spirit vail, suddenly it looks like a lot jucier ability. other than for quests and merchants, i'm sure it wasn't good for much before that, since having invis fade when you're walking .5 mph in a dungeon probably isn't a good thing. 15+ minutes of invis is pretty nice though.
my impression was that other than allowing a player to move while hidden, all sneak did was made mobs indifferent to you if you were out of their field of vision. if that is the case, i don't really see how you could make it much further in a dungeon type zone than you could without it. is that all it does, or does it also lower agro radius?
