Okay, so... I transferred servers, but I want to keep the same profile number (which I've had for a long time).

Anyone know how to get magelo to realize that my toon has been transferred? It worked fine last time, and with server merges.

If you use the gold edition, it should be np, Magelo should recognize it on your next update.

The autoupdater will think the Samanna on her new server is a new character unless he goes to My Characters - Samanna - Edit Character - Identity Card and manually changes the server to whatever first.

Well, I gave up, and now I have essentially a one-point-four-million magelo number, versus my old zero-point-four-million number.

The impending server merge of The Combine and Druzzil Ro is still an issue for the folks at Magelo - not sure what solutions the Magelo team is going to have for this one yet.

Speaking of that, the X-mas Premium offer from Magelo is still up and will last until 15th Jan 2009 - you might find it worth grabbing a re-sub for the 3 extra months.

I have, thanks, I used the "contact us" button at he bottom of their page. I just read a response only a few minutes ago. They asked me to verify a few things and seemed surprisingly helpful. I was mostly worried since I don't have a pay account I might get brushed off but that wasn't the case at all.
