The Spirit Realm

Has anyone seen a chart of epic clicks, disc, and spell/ability stacking on any boards? Like, does the shaman epic click crit mod stack with the ranger epic click crit mod, etc..

If not I'm thinking I'll make one.

Here's what we have so far; of these, it seems only +Attack stacks; the rest take highest value (like focus effects):

I'm sure I'm missing some +Attack stuff if nothing else; does anyone know what Offense Enhancement 3 gives? What else am I missing?

So, for maximum burst DPS, it looks like Bard, Berserker, Monk, Rogue, Shadowknight and Shaman all have own-group-only buffs, and that the other buffs can be cast on such a group by non-group Enchanter, Beastlord, Ranger.

Note that I'm not saying this is the optimal group to benefit from these buffs; it has been suggested specifically that the Shadowknight buff doesn't bring enough to the group to compensate for having a Ranger or another of the others in the group, who would get more mileage out of the remaining buffs. Thoughts?

Well, I know that some certain discs will not stack with certain effects just from wandering around melee boards. Like the hundred hands effect on zerker warcry doesn't stack with a disc that they have that also has that effect. So just within a class itself there is a stack issue.

Oh... thats odd. Ok, I can see that the ranger epic, shaman epic, and zerker epic have "increase crit" in different slots on lucy. So I assume that means that they stack. But the zerker epic increase crit is slot 9, which is the same slot as cleave. So if you have max cleave, your not getting very much from your epic click. (240 vs 300)

Hmm, come to think of it, thats probably a good way to arrange the data. "slot type" will be the columns, and the rows will be the effect, disc, spell, or epic. Assuming Lucy is pretty accurate, I'll use it to flesh out the skeleton.

Call of Power, Aura of the Muse are also v3 haste iirc.

Entire beastlord SV line has +attack

Druid Wolf Forms are +attack
Firefist, Grim Auras are + attack
Paladin/cleric Yaulp is +attack

Your also missing the effect for the bard 2.0 epic.

If this list is intended for "what effects stack from what buffs" I can say for certain Crit rate increase, base dam mod and crit dam mod do not stack from different spells/discs.

I have been informed Double Attack chance increase does not stack, from the time when they changed SoH and HoP.

Only Attack will stack from different buffs.

Well, I want to show the options - like, what if no Berserker? But I also want to show which catgories stack (like attack) and which do not (like, apparently, chance to crit). So that people know that some effects give better benefit when staggered, rather than all implemented at once.

The zerkers are doing some parses now. First data (small sets so far) is showing that only the highest mod is taking effect (just looking at %increase to crit).

That was 2 discs though. One guy is doing an epic stacking check next. Will be interested to see if that is the same as disc+disc.

Sama, as long as it is shown everything but +Attack do not stack effect wise then sure. While I've not seen anyone parse things like accuracy but the common rule is effects from different buffs do not stack. As such I think we should assume it doesn't stack until proven otherwise as well.

Procs seem to work along the same lines as well. You can have 1 weapon innate proc (so if a weapon was 2 procs, only one will fire) + 1 buffed proc trigger on any single combat round. So panther + bard song (think called storm of blades or similar) will only have 1 proc per combat round. But a Life tap proc on a weapon can trigger on the same combat round as panther.

Discs are treated as buffs for stacking purposes.

I've not posted the results but have parsed that Base dam mods do not stack, nor do crit dam mods. Here is my parse of basic, Might and Champ:
weapon: 96+1/33 +46
basic max hit: 638 (592+46)
Might max hit: 667 (621+46) 105% base dam increase
Champ max hit: 697 (651+46) 110% base dam increase

Might + Champ had no additional effect.
And while not parsed to confirm, Blind rage (100% bonus to base dam) gave the same max crit regardless of Might or Champ. That is purely by me watching my hits during disc :-p It's an easy one to check for any melee char with access to a shaman.

Another thing: you have Might/Lion's Strength but not Mammoth Strength listed above too.

Same addition as the poster a few spots up. Monks Fists of Wu double attack buff is TGB'able, as is the Berserkers Cry Havoc, and incidentally the Warriors short term dodge buff. Also, not sure if it was noted before, Fists of Wu and the rangers predator line do not stack with regards to double attack. You only take the highest mod.

Also, was just thinking about it, for all you monks out there who might read this forum and not Monkly-Business, or you shaman with monk alts, there was a good thread over on MB about monk double attack.
