How did you kill/pull the 4 Dark Masters? I only tried it once, but when I was killing the DM's I ended up with about 20 of the little adds that wander all over.

And Gratz!

Bastard charged me so i didnt have time to get set, 90mins later he died anyway =)

And no.. I didnt clear the DT golems on my own, everything else tho

Ive done klandicar a few times. The big thing is to get turgurs on him the first time, once you do that the mob is cake to kill. Stormeye band makes it almost trivial along with time pants. However last time I did this i was 9.5k unbuffed hp 10k mana (give or take) So this was about 2khp and 2.5k mana ago, and I didn't have the stormeyeband back then. I should take another swing at him to see how trivial it is now.

I know this is pretty weak compared to you guys kills, but I killed the fabled frenzied ghoul a couple times in the last week or so to equip some alts. Was a rush being able to solo something that a year ago layed waste to my group.

After a flash of inspiration I camped out in sight of Fabled Zlandicar yesterday before the patch. Thanks to the patch
over-running I was able to log on as soon as the servers came up, to find Zlandicar waiting for me. Suffice to say I
couldn't resist the chance and, invised, I ran under him and cast Malos.

He hit me for a maximum of 312 and apart from the odd DoT I luckily resisted his spells - he procs a long stun almost
every round which would have been disasterous. He was incredibly hard to slow even after Malos, with Vindictive Spirit
bouncing half the time. He also rampaged frequently and I soon lost a wolf (annoying as Panther procs were my main
source of DPS). Advanced Spirit Call proved very useful in making a dent in his HPs, needless to say - their innate
lure proc and Panther combined to provide decent damage output.

In the meantime I was frantically keeping myself HoTted, (and trying to keep the wolf healed as well) as most of the
time Zlandi wasn't slowed - quad 312s and rampage on top proved more than SS can handle. I soon ran out of mana,
but Channeling, Ancestral Aid and GRB meant I was able to keep going - and by a fluke Balance of Discord landed,
giving me time to load a blast heal (duh, I hear you saying) and sort out another pet.

Around that time a L70 ranger showed up, watching me in silence - quite unnerving! So, with my silent audience I
panthered myself and went to town. A 75% slow is indeed a godly thing and I had no troubles keeping up with Zlandicar's
damage output after that and didn't lose any more pets. The only awkward bit after that was right at the end when, to
my chagrin, Zlandi started running! Thankfully a flukey run of three critical panther blasts solved that one, otherwise I'd
have been in trouble with rat adds.

Things I'd do differently next time:
* Start off with a heal memmed!
* Cast a pet before starting, then bring out the suspended one once/if it dies
* Use a Tash stick to lower resists
* Bring a snare clicky

I know it's been done many a time before, but that was one heck of a rush all in all - and quite profitable too!

(Note that pet procs aren't counted towards the damage - Zlandi has 100,000 HPs apparently)

Wondering - has anyone succeeded soloing Dozekar?

I got him down to around 80% earlier. Forgot to refresh slow, and got killed by heal interupts before I could get it back on.

I'm pretty sure I would have wiped anyway - around 20m at that point, although I hadn't hit SC yet.

I wasn't exactly prepared, no tash stick, and no instaclickies. (looking at his illias page before I went, I forgot that "fading memories" = dispell.)

Did about 180k damage to him by that point, so he has a good chunk of hps, or really fierce regen.

Call of the zero was a real pain in the ass, too.

I'd think it would be pretty doable for a more geared shaman, or maybe even me with a little more preparedness.

TZ deaded tonight on Fennin Ro by a solo shaman, one HELL of a fight, bout 31 minutes long and did just over 612k damage.

Funny thing is that a raid team was forming at the zoneline when I first engaged, they invited me to their raid at about 10%, and they all got their hails in. They literaly were standing on the steps going into TZ's room, as instructed by their raid leader, and watched me for the last 5 or 6 minutes. Was a blast!



Oh, and I haven't set foot in Anguish yet, it's not 100% dependent on gear, just have a good strat. I got him on my 5th attempt, 28% being my best attempt previously.

Ok I've benn hankering to try him for some time so last night was a free night.

1st attempt:
Send in puppy, malos, Turgur slowed very easy so I thought WOOHOO, then OOW BP, then tried dots, Poison no good, disease no good, panther procs ok but he keeps dispelling it. He regens like a mad man, got him to 99 fought for 10 minutes with that crappy spellset then ran to other side of room and FD'd off agro and rethought my strategy.

I hadn't loaded Curse Dots because they are so mana inefficient and I knew he was going to be a long fight, but what the hell if it doesnt work, I'll FD and gate the heck out of there.

send in puppy, malos, turgur, Curse of Sisslik LANDS, Bane LANDS. so I think we're in business.

summary of him, he's a vampire chanter so he spends a lot of time casting spells that dont land, but then he'll go on a melee spurt to make sure your awake.. flurry for avg hit of 400 high was 650ish. Was a real mana conservation challenge using two curses, panterh on puppy, Hot on self, and i was actively timing my aa's and epic refresh. I'd guess he has 500,000 hp but with his regen and looking at my parse...I had to do almost 2 million.

Long story short... its a 3 hour fight. Maybe thats a short story long I wish I had been able to get someone's alt there to loot. was fun and my first time I tried an endurance fight. You'd think that long a fight would be too boring to do, but I was glued to the screen and had a ball.
