Gonna guess having to use DA hammer to med up really. That will kill a parse. The DPS intake wasn't huge all at once, but the need to keep the mana pool up is what would slow me down on damage. Plus I would imagine that nuking and using a 2hander is probably out of the question here.

It looks like you did use a 2h at least on some parts of the fight. Basing that on the piercing for x amounts on your screenshots, yet in another pic it looks like you had a shield, so am guessing that you were bandoliering in and out?

That's really cool that you are doing this. Assuming I ever had a toon tough enough to try that, not sure I'd be willing to spend the 1.5 - 2hours doing it! haha!

Yeah I have intentions to see how far I can get. I'm worried the shrooms dispell/regen will be a problem. I tried it once boxing thinking I was going to roll it over and ended up dying. I don't know if his regen is going to be one of those issues like what you see from warden in anguish. Sometimes mechanics like that are impossible to get past for low dps classes. Then again maybe I will load up on glyphs.

For buffs I had the remnants of raid buffs, with a fresh C and Haste from a guildmate's box before gating up to ToB.
Equipment is almost entirely HoT T4, few augs from other expansions, couple pieces from lower tiers of HoT, my eqplayers profile should be up to date if anyone is curious. Ianthine was my weapon of choice, parts of the fight I switched to Sword & Shield but the defensive gain was not enough to offset the loss in offensive power.

That was by no means an easy fight, even with the improvement in equipment and spells we have. I did however forget to grab my Frost Runed Blade out of the bank beforehand which would have handled the healing just fine when she wasn't casting like a maniac.

The strategy I used was:
-Start with full melee burn, this meant Pureforge, Valorous Rage, 2nd Spire, Inquisitor's Judgement, Crystal of Daylight, with Epic 2.0, OoW BP, and HoT T1 BP clickies to lower the need to heal. I repeated this burn whenever it became available with small variations (mainly with IJ) to avoid the times when I had to cast a lot from interfering with it's procs.
-When mana usage was going smooth enough that I could afford some spending I hit Disruptive Persecution a few times. Preservation of Tunare remained up throughout the whole fight (save for a minute or two that I had not noticed it faded).
-I had planned to use Radiant Cure and Purification when it was available for cures, but was to jumpy with Earnest Purity, so probably could have shaved off a little mana expenditure had I done that. The few times I didn't notice the DoTs had landed, her damage output was spiking, so curing those DoTs is important to both survival and mana conservation.
-Having just finished off Healing Light recently, I did try chaining the two XX Force stuns since they are low mana cost to trigger it, but that was proving to null out mana-regen so I saved that for when I really had no choice.
-For healing I hit Penitence when I dropped low in HP, occasionally hit Earnest Touch when I had Epic 2.0 or Armor of the Inquisitor going, and saved any Burst heals for when I was dropping dangerously low.
-After awhile Earnest Cleansing turned out to be more mana efficient now that I have the shard to extend it so I rolled with it.
-She used a rain nuke that was concentrated on the area directly in front of her, avoiding this worked wonders to minimize damage. With particles turned on you can see the area the nuke occurs at and move out of the way quickly.

As long as you are in casting distance of the cloud and have a clear line of sight, you can /tar it and /say the phrase, just remember to replace space with underscores when you use /tar.
