Went there tonight and found a problem.

Killed Silverwing, then moved on and found the arc of 3 doors above Hoshkar were all locked, so dropped down and killed him worked back up and they were still locked as was the door to Pharr Dar.

What am I missing and yes my RoS faction is totally bottomed.

This issue was mentioned once before, and looking back over that old thread I'm not certain that a definitive answer was ever reached.

Just use illusion trick to get through the door.

You can either take a rougue, shadowstep, or argo a mob that comes through the locked door stun push it back and hope it summons ya!
