Heroic Dex fix: Effect us much? No big Deal?

It won't bother us much at all. It was mostly for classes who have low dly weapons. It was just one of those things as a bonus for dps the real reason we stack up on hdex is because for every 25 pts of hdex it offers parry and riposte mods. Hdex for dps was a bit more dps than hstr so it was worth it to swap out. The big reason being that we need to take off our aggro mask to burn on raid mobs to not pull aggro so you may as well have snagged more hdex if you could.
