Epic 1.0 checklist?

I've noticed that the epic 1.0 has kind of gotten the short end of the leash with the checklist thing. Has anyone got one? If so mind posting it for me?

Skip it entirely. Its still one of the biggest pain in the arse epics to track down. Unless you already have the stupid book, or just happen to keep your pally under level 51 and can compete with the people that perma-kill the dragons you need. Either way, the whole quest is a PITA. Do the 1.5 bypass quest instead.
