SoF armor/emblem questions

Ok, so I'm overdue for a stupid question here, so this is a two for one.

I just got my Gyro Core BP last night (yay me) and looking at the click effect, its very vague. Does anyone have any actual numbers on how much this can heal for, is it effected by crits, focus effects, ect. And how much hate is each proc? The only thing I really know about it is that for some reason it has a minor cure attached to it (1 counter) and it procs more than my default weapon procs. Is it really capped at 75hp for a heal?

And on my second note, my RL brother plays a wizzy and already has an entire set of Gyro Core gear. He uses the Emblem of Scale (not sure why, he's a wizzy that likes AC) and since having his entire set and Emblem, he has begun replacing pieces with the essences from Crystallos. Even after replacing both wrist pieces, he swears his emblem is still at 100% power. I thought it would scale down when you don't have an entire set on the same tier. Can anyone explain how this is happening? Because its made me nervous about picking up the pieces I have access to in Crystallos because I figured I would gimp the Emblem of Scale.

the bp clickie does crit, what is sad though is the sod tier 5 group bp is the same clickie as the crystallos version
hate shows 50 per proc for mmm and 100 per proc for crystallos

i have heard the same thing regarding the type 15 aug, sof visible raid tier 3 & 4 seem to work interchangeably

The clicks have a proc rate mod of 150 (i.e. higher than normal, as you noticed).

Yes, MMM/Crystallos raid gear works interchangeably. You can have just the BP from MMM (raid) and 7 pieces from Crystallos (raid), or just the BP from Crystallos (raid) and 7 pieces from MMM (raid) (or any combination in between), and the emblem will be maxed.
