-Smithy Hammer x1
-Breastplate Template Mold x 1
-Brimstone Coal x 1
-Metal Tempering Chemicals x 1
Combine in Forge. Not sure of trivial I'm 300/+15%/Salv 3/BSM 3, didn't fail

Purification Bonding Agent:
-Sold from Useful Automated Vendor in Brell's Rest, 1049p, 9g, 9s, 9c

Stellite Encrusted Thoracic Clay:
Dropped from Eldaa Kemph in the Cooling Chambers. Hard hitting named, blinds periodically throughout the fight. Backstabs for over 20k so don't turn around when you pull her.
