I know I would never consider equipping the epic nowadays, but is it worth completing the Epic Prequest and Epic 1.5 just for the click effect?
I have a symbol of the plansmasters, will the procs stack for firing off Holy-light?
Epic 1.5 worth it?

Well yeah ofc it is.
The proc in itself suck ass, but the +25% to heal recieved helps (40% for 2.0).

I click my 2.0 all the time. Great for soloing and on raids.
