If you pull a swarm of mobs does it chain proc the rune like WoT/D.skin used to pre nerf?

Yea, it certainly fires more than most procs, but it's about in line with the other defensive procs we have from clickies (bp, etc.). 10ish per minute is about my average as well; that's certainly not a bad amount, but it's nowhere near the level of proc rate we had originally with Tunare.

Well mainly I was wondering if there was a recast timer built in.
If there isn't it's just a matter of pulling enough mobs to get the procs up.
It will obviously proc less than original WoT with the same amount of mobs since shawl procs off dodges only.

Joks log shows multiple procs within the same second so that looks promising.
