Cultural weapon versus group

No magelo (sorry) but I'm a lvl 92 paladin, Alarin at 75, wearing a full suit of HoT T4 armor, metal powersource,I rarely raid so all my gear is group, but generally the best group stuff available through HoT T4. I'm currently using the ritual impaler and I'm wondering whether I should upgrade to a cultural 1hs with or if I should hold out for the best group 1hs available in VOA, ?

My biggest questions are, how much of a stat boost does the cultural weapon get when it is infused? Also, I've heard of veiled symbols (as opposed to Numinous) - but I know nothing about them - are they made from raid drops or group? What are the stats on those? Also, anyone who has the group weapon I mentioned, how difficult is that camp? Oddly, even EQTraders doesn't have recipes yet for a lot of the VOA weapons/augs so another question is, is there another source for those recipes available?

I may go with the cultural weapon as a stop-gap since it will be awhile before my fellowship is camping in VOA t4.

Infused weapon just get a proc I think, really no stats boost.

I'm level 92 and went with the cultural.

Stat change with metal at 92 is +10 AC, +18 Fire, +18 Disease, + 18 str, - 16 Magic, -16 cold.

At 95 with the skeptic emblem it will be 180 dmg / 35 delay. That should hold you till you get the best group weapon in game, but then you will have to consider 75AC for the cultural over 55ac for group weapon and minor dps upgrade.
