Splash being nerfed in two ways

So on Test server there are some changes to Splash
1st - It will no longer hit Pets or Mercenaries as they aren't PC's
2nd - Cure Detrimental power was nerfed from 8, 9, 10 (UF) and 10, 11, 12 (VoA) to 6, 7, 8 (Both are at this now)

I have no issue with it being blocked on pets or mercs. However having the ability cutting down because of that is just is not right. Will have to wait and see how it works once they push it live.
