Here's a copy and paste of some info I posted on my guild council's site back in August. The DD stun values assume the DD lands. Check out the links at the bottom, tons of great hate info in there compiled by TenFon:

A little info about the hate generated by some of our stun spells:

7 Cease 1200

Important points to remember:

Resists don’t matter for the stuns. You get the above hate no matter what. I do not know at this time whether resists affect hate from Challenge for Honor.

Our DD/push stuns (such as Serene Command) do NOT stun for 10 seconds as listed in spelldat/Lucy. They only stun for 5.25 seconds. Sony devs denied this for years and finally conceded that 5.25 was correct a year or so ago. Of course, 10 second stuns would be a little ridiculous .

The above hate values are based on fighting level 65+ mobs and scale downwards somewhat against lower level mobs.

If you wish to aug a weapon for aggro purposes, here’s some more info:

Force of Ykesha 450
Chaotic Strike III 550
Chaotic Strike IV 575
Enraging Blow 700

These values also scale down for mobs under 65. Resists also don’t affect proc hate. CS4 augs are $$.
