I did some testing last night. In arcstone I used more mana pulling 1/3 of what I used to. It's gone for pulling trains.
In TBS I pulled even con (76) skeles. Wot was keeping pace step for step with their dps. I dropped a hot here and there when I pulled 2, but for the most part WoT was enough healing for singles all by itself. Ok this was the first time I've been to this zone since the release of tbs but hey, toe to toe with an even con mob and 1cast of wot is enough to heal the whole fight? I'd consider that an upgrade. It doesn't heal for as much per proc (unless it crits) as it used to, but it seems to proc more often if you're fighting single pulls.
It seems like the nerf has 2 aspects from what I saw last night. 1, Doesn't heal for as much (oh well, we do get an upgrade). 2, procs are no faster than X amount of time (but not much slower either). I didn't parse how often it was proccing to get the real #s but from looking at it this really helps our tanking higher content. So if they say it is working as intended, I guess I'm ok with that. Sure it was fun to pull massive trains and just laugh at them. Oh well, things change.
