New spells and AA for SoD

For paladin, I only listed new stuff, continuation of the line not done here.

All the current spells got the normal small upgrade with following new stuff.

New lines are

withstand - small rune like disc which use end
Steely stance - increase max hp cap and fade over time

New lesson - which generate hate and 1k dd component, same recast and mana but 0.5 cast time.
New force - 0.5 cast time with hate generation plus dd component

Note: old lesson and force still around.


AA, I won't go into the most generic upgrade you expected to see

New interesting ones

AA form of DA
Armor of wisdom 0/5 - each rank increase your displayed AC by 9 per rank
Hastened Radiant cure
Destructive fury - more damage to crit
Force of distruption - 3k agro AA stun
Halt the dead - undead snare
Healing light - group heal proc on stun cast
Spell casting reinforcement mastery - 20 percent
Spire of holiness 0/3 - 1st is increase group heal mod, 2nd is increase damage, third is tanking mod
