Since our promised DPS increase from underfoot is a disappointment at best I was thinking. Perhaps we could go about getting an indirect DPS increase, gaining utility rather than raw DPS.
For group situations:
New aura - one that gives 2-3% damage increase, not great for us, good for a group
Holy Lynx - give us a weak form of lynx line, maybe 200-300 damage, linked to a crush if neccessary
Alter 2nd spire - change it to be a group ability rather than self
Ideas for a triggered AA
Conflicting Interests - doubles the mana cost of direct healing spells, turns them into damage spells, wave and aurora excluded. Lasts 2 minutes, leaves a buff on so you can switch back to using heals if needed. 1-1.5 hour re use.
Surge of Honor - triggered, 25-30 min reuse, increase DPS / decrease tanking by 30%, lasts 1 min, slay unaffected
The last 2 allow us some direct DPS, but it comes at a price, like everything else for the paladin. Anyone have other ideas? Maybe if we come up with some good alternatives theyll throw us a bone for screwing us on real DPS again.
