Nerf (maybe) to Splash of Sanctification

We get crap like heals and cures instead of dps stuff. So you all are that kid in the candy store whining. The beta stuff shows an aa where we get a dps boost but lose a good chunk of our heal ability in the process. And LORDY you all whine even more when it's a completly rational thing to do. You all keep threatening to quit over our dps that SHOULD be weak being weak. So please put your money where you mouth is and do. Or reroll as rog or zerk or wiz or mage or w/e so you get your dps kk? In fact you missed a heck of an opportunity to level up your reroll'd dps over memorial day weekend coulda got 85 and a good chunk of aa's done there. As for the paladin community wants more dps comment. You got it and you are still whining hence above candy store comment. You are a bunch of lemmings trying to jump off a cliff. Do you really think I'm gonna fall in line with your completely irrational viewpoint?
And back to the topic on hand how freaking hard can it be Hulking? It was perfectly fine till they messed with it.

Wow it takes some getting used to but i am loving the agro from splash. The side effect is a bit rough (death) but once you work around that one its a great tool. I am not sure how long we will be able to keep it the way it is.

if you want to push for more real ae aggro i'll support you. Using splash for ae aggro is meh even if it works. Our ae aggro should not be tied to our survivability or heals.

I agree that it shouldnt be tied to splash for sure. Just having a tast of ae agro made me want it. I do not think the shadow knights mind at all since it gives them a little break from doing all the kiting. They are still kings when it comes to ae agro for sure but it has been nice to give them a hand while we have had this. It has made raids alot more fun for me as well.

The aa beacon of the righteous just doesnt get the job done and needs a faster refresh time. Other things about it need to be tuned too.

Don't know if i overlooked it on the posts here, but Splash is curing enchanter charm on pets. I don't know how coding would go to fix it, but it'd be nice not to piss off enchanters anymore :p.

Alright after multiple Tower raids of experimenting I've come with a question I can't answer.

-Splash has *never* cured the snare during Mindblight event post nerf.
-Splash *always* cures both the fire and ice DoTs during Trophy Room when I twincast splash. Always = 100% of the time.

Why?

I realize there's a chance to remove detriment component attached to the post nerf splash, but out of the three detrimentals I'm talking about here, none of them use counters. Why does the MB snare have a 0% chance to be cured and the detriments in trophy room have a 100% chance of being cured with splash?

Detrimentals with no counters have different strengths. The ones always cured are lower strength and more susceptible to the cure detrimental chance on splash (or radiant cure, for that matter).

I don't suppose you could look through a spell's raw data and know whether or not it's flagged as such? Would be nice to study detrimentals from future events to know ahead of time whether or not splash is going to be effective or just get me killed from the agro.
