Beacon resist check change

Looks like Beacon got a resist check added of -75.....should be a ton better now for resist

Also seeing rank 2 in the spell file, with 3k initial, 3k per tick, and -100 resist. Good stuff there.

So I've been holding off on this after hearing and seeing it pretty much fail nearly everytime its used, with the resist change is this finally effective AE agro?

? When I played with it on test when it first came out, anything over a light blue con was resisting about 1/2 of the time. Really sucks to hit AE agro, one you only get every so often, and half the mobs ignore you anyway.

I thought that was why so many wanted to have it changed to an AE stun, because it gives the agro even on a resist, or perhaps I misunderstood the complaint.

aye you always get the 1200 initial hate whether its resisted or not. Its the 3 extra ticks of hate that you lose on a resist.
