Its also a bit odd that Rank 1 Marr is less hate than Rank 2 Crying Seas. Seems a bit low.

Most of rank 1 spell value seems to be purposely set under rank 3 of existing spells, probably done on purpose and also likely indicate a SoF/SoD like spell system.

Yea, if it's low like that then it's probably that the Force of Marr be at the same values of Crush of Marr, since it is odd they aren't the same since crush of crying seas hate = force of crying seas

Any chance of getting the challenge line down to 1 second cast time? I know that seems greedy, but I hate having longer than 1 sec cast on something I'm expected to use while in combat.

What i've always wondered is why do they have spells from rk1 to rk2 with the biggest boost and then just a slight upgrade from rk2-rk3 ? Is it just flawed design or is that on purpose because I gotta say you would think the biggest jump would be to rk3 since its the hardest to acquire. Anyway I had just always wondered that feel free to chime in.

Examples: Brell's Tellurian Rampart - 848 hp, mana cost: 583
Brell's Tellurian Rampart Rk. II - 1002 hp, mana cost: 664
Brell's Tellurian Rampart Rk. III - 1079 hp, mana cost: 708

As you can see the hp is greater from rk1-rk2 and reduces from rk2-3 and with example 2 the DD amount and hate also reduces from rk2-3.

I gotta say I'm glad they're ramping up the total damage on the vie for Confrontation for Honor but with a vie of 10% I can't think of too many situations you're still going to use the spell, considering you're going to use Protective for a 15% vie + heal and crushes/FoD/1.0 second stuns for single target agro. I understand the spell line's recourse has always been a 10% vie and I appreciate the upward scaling, but with the addition of Protective we're just simply not going to use the spell in its current form. Do we have options for changing the recourse effect to something that would still be beneficial for tanking but would integrate effectively into the rest of our tanking spell?

Couple ideas I thought of:

Confrontation for Honor Recourse II:
1. Slot 3: Increase Absorb Damage by 800 (Slot 3 to stack with weapon proc rune, at 800 dmg it's only 16% of the total damage that would be absorbed by the recourse in its current state but would at least stack with our protective devotion)

2. Slot 5: Set Healing Effectiveness to 10% (Heals that land on us are 10% more potent. The number can be changed to whatever is fair. 5% would even be useful compared to a 10% vie. Make it slot 5 so it stacks with 1st spire (slot 4), 2.0 click (slot 1), AotI (slot 3), and Aura (slot 2))

3. Slot 7: AC unknown calc: 120 range: 1088 -> 0 (Why isn't an exact formula of the SK's recourse fair? In slot 7 there would be no stacking issues with anything else paladins use)

Anyone else have any ideas? It's a long shot to change the recourse but I got a lot of use out of this line pre UF and it would be nice to have a practical application of the spell again.

Burst of Daybreak (HoT Burst) got its fizzle time reduced from 6 seconds to 3 seconds (spell gem lockout time, standard spell = 1.5)

Why are they continuing the aego / symbol / etc line? It makes no sense when you can pop a merc for 2 secs and get a better buff then we can cast. Doing rune turn-ins sucks when you hit these spells and mem / forget about them forever.
