spell aggro data

I looked but couldnt find exactly what i was looking for. I was wondering if there was a list anywhere that tells us how much aggro our abilities and spells produce

Heals are weird, they are probably on the standard 1:1, but based on the actual amount healed rather then heals base(possibly since 0 heal land does next to 0 aggro and if a heal does land its possible it only goes up to base), and it also seems to have a modifier that is based on the mobs intelligence, so dumber mobs have a chance that heal wont even put you on aggro list, etc

I don't think it is one to one for at least some of the spells, cleric's complete heal for one, it is ratio something like 3 or 4 hps healed per 1 aggro.

Heal agro has at least some minor chance to it, and that might be based on the mobs intelligence, but for sake of ease most paladins will consider it a 1:1 ratio. That's not the same for clerics at all because of spell casting agro reduction AA's and effects. But also remember that crits on DD's or heal spells do nothing for agro, you only get the agro of the base. This is why a wizzy can nuke for 70k and not pull agro, the base of the spell is probably 10k and that's reduced by AA's. That's also why SK's will almost always pull agro with harm touch, since the 'base' of the spell is exactly what is hitting the target.

Heal agro is just one of those equations I don't think we are going to figure out unless a dev spills the formula.

Btw anyone know how much aggro Cease actually creates today, guessing it was tied to mobs hp but with a cap. So anyone know the aprox number aggro it produce today?

1300 max from memory, I could be wrong of course.

should be 1200, and it maxed on something like 10k?+ hp mobs
