Still working out the kinks, but I've been playing with mostly the following setup really well.

6. (stunning) Earnest Force, (non-stunning) Confrontation for Honor
7. (group) Crush of Repentance, (solo) Lesson of Repentance
8. Elegy
9. Glorious Exoneration
10. Protective Devotion
11. Preservation of Marr or Curing spell
12. (undead) Annihilate the Undead, (large AE or DoT) Aurora of Daybreak

for burns or highest DPS:

1) confrontation of honor
2) Splash of Sanctification (usually in raid setting so this gets used), Joyous Light or wave of remittment (only used if splash isn't)
3) Aurora
4) Wave of Penitence
5) Burst of Daybreak
6) Glorious Exoneration
7) Denouncement
8) Elegy
9) Crush of Repentance, annihilate undead (if undead)
10) Crush of Marr, Eulogy (if undead)
11) Stubborn stance (if tanking), Preservation of marr (hit before burn if not tanking)
12) Protective Devotion (if tanking), Mark of Defender (if not tanking)

All depends if i'll have to heal myself or not. So far i haven't been impressed with Penitance. Recast is retardedly too long, so i can get much more healing, casts & help out of something like Joyous Light rather than wasting a spell slot for something that refreshes once in an age. If i need an emergency heal, i'll use hand of piety or LoH. Maybe i'll mem this if i'm kiting & need a quick heal once in a while and when Burst is down.

If i'm tanking for an extended duration, i'll switch out denouncement for force & will swap around my spell placement (will rearrange for burst aggro). It all depends if i'm tanking, off-tanking, DPSing, stunning, kiting or whatnot :P. Each raid is unique so i have a unique spell set for it. For groups i classify if stun-able, named &/or duration.

I always keep Burst in 1st slot so i can hit tab and alt + 1 almost instantly and heal myself. I also rotate out Crush of Marr II with Force of Marr II depending on if the content is stunable. And i just refuse to demem DA even with AA because having 3 DAs (forceful rejuv) has not only saved my ass but raids in the past.

On a side note (didn't know this until i tested it today ) our burst spells are on different timers. so chances are i'll be refining my spell sets depending on the encounters.

Considering the difference in power between new burst and old burst + the fact that there is no where near enough spell slot , this isn't worth it.
