Earnst fury

from a previous patch it looked like earnst fury proc would also help proc our small group heals, thus could replace symbol of the planemasters?

That is EXACTLY my understanding of it, yes. And I believe one of hte things the paladins here fought for to get us in beta.

Do you mean this line from October 21st patch?: Paladin Blessing of Light will now properly be triggered from Earnest Fury Strike. Gift of Mana will not.
Blessing of Light increases the damage from our self proc buffs.
The aa that makes stuns proc small group heals is called Healing Light.

Does that mean Earnest Fury does not proc healing light?

It means the patch didn't mention it one way or another.
