splash of sanctifaction

how many targets does this spell hit? I was under the impression it hit 8 targets.

It hits any amount of targets within your casting radius. Turn on particles for self, then cast it in the middle of the afk lobby crowd, you'll see it land on everyone, that is if you see anything through all the particles.
Even in darkness, there is light.
