Do you enjoy going out in the evenings, but find yourself conflicted with the desire for your regular EQ fix too? Does playing in the daytime do it for you?

Dark Templars have been raiding consistently 4-5 times a week on Xegony server since the launch of Velious, with many of the same members and leadership throughout most of that time. Our stable, long-lasting nature means we have a good friendly family vibe as well as solid raiding success. We raid from 11am PST/2pm EST/7pm GMT, and as a GMT guild on a US server we have a great mix of people including west and east coast players, UK people, and a range of Europeans. We're just finishing flagging for MMM - Solteris and earlier SoF are all on farm, and we've killed the MMM flag mobs at least 3 times each. We generally raid Sun-Thu, with Fri and Sat off, though we're having Wednesdays off for the summer.

Unintended Consequences is a large raiding / progression guild on the Test Server. We are dedicated to steady progression through each era, and we cap our levels and gear to match our current era.

Update 3/12/09
We have defeated quarm and due to fabled spawns have moved ourselves into starting GoD progression. We are currently in need of druids to help on raids. We have also opened early OoW zones (no CoA or MPG Trials allowed at this time) and 1.5's to our Guild members. This has helped with the numbers cap that occurs. We have 30 or so strong raids, but GoD was made for closer to 54 people. Gear restrictions are still in place including only up ornate defiant armor and fabled gear under 200 hp/mana.

As of Sept 2008 we are in PoP with a level cap of 70, and have just a few encounters left before the elemental planes are opened. We hold non-mandatory raids on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday starting at 8:00 Eastern.

The Test server offers several benefits for those that want to start over with us, including:

- Double XP
- /testbuff command grants level 25 with all spells and a decent set of starting equipment
- All veteran rewards available

For those that don't want to start over, the /testcopy command is now live. This allows you to copy (not move) any character to the test server, minus your currency and with your items flagged as NOTRADE. We raid 4 days a week, with low raiding % requirements, as we realise Real life comes first and sometimes even though we would like to be there, life doesn't permit it. Our application process is 3 weeks long. The first 14 days the guild will critique your application, and play style in groups as well as raids. The final 7 days you will be voted upon. After you're up for vote, you will either get another 21 days to prove yourself, or be accepted. Haven's Edge of Stromm is seeking individuals of all types for mass mayhem and adventure.

HE has been active since 2004, and many of our core people have been together since a long time before that. We currently farm MMM, Crystalos (up to air wing boss), SoD Oceangreen events, occasionally earlier SoF events for flagging and to gear up apps. We recently have pushed hard to acquire Void E access for all of our members and are working on Korafax and other SoD events.

We are a mature guild with a player base which is mostly adults who have husbands, wives, kids, etc.; basically real lives and real life commitments. There for we raid often: Sundays 4pm to 10pm EST, Mon to Thurs 7pm to Midnight EST(sometimes a little later) to give all of our members as much chance and choice of when to raid with us. We only require 60% attendance for your application period and 50% once your made full member. Higher attendance is always nice but no one is going to demand more than you can give above and beyond the minimum to make full member and as life allows once your a full member.

Loot is done on a Merit based system (only guild on Stromm to do so) attended to by a committee of no less than 5 people who are officers, class leaders, and or regular members. This mix of people from the guild allows for a fair system that leaves little room for favoritism or elitism. Your attendance for the last 30 days, date(s) of last item(s) looted versus the other bidders are the primary factors involved. We start with all full members with attendance percentage of 50% or more, so anyone that maintains that is eligible for loot even if it is a first time kill. Weapons, augments, runes are considered separately from all other loot items. We may also, from time to time, give preferential consideration to classes or players where it is a needed upgrade for a focus or other factors.

Draco Invictus (Xegony server) is presently looking to add skilled druids. Applicants will be considered in scale with the content we're currently doing. DI is essentially a Central Time Zone guild. We're in a raiding alliance with Jade Dragon. Our guilds are 2 of the longest-standing on Xegony we have had a successful alliance for a number of years now. Our personalties and goals mesh extremely well, though we are separate entities regarding certain policies, with 2 sets of officers.

Raids begin around 8:30 p.m. EST (5:30 p.m. PST) and continue until around 11:30 (8:30 PST). DI offers a less hard-core environment than most other guilds at our level, with the realization by guild leadership that real life is a priority for many people. Formal nights off from raiding are Wednesday and Friday.

We are looking for mature raiders with a strong desire to progress through MMM and into the most recent expansion. Our focus presently is finishing SoF. We're in the top few guilds progression-wise on Xegony. A good reputation is mandatory for consideration as an applicant. We ask that you be level 80 with at least 300 AA's, although exceptions can be made, depending on class needs and other criteria. Special priority will be given, of course, to applicants who are level 85 with 500+ AA's, though our main focus is adding players compatible with our membership base and concentrating on improving the viability of their characters.

This is most evident during non-raid times where members are free to form groups to accomplish their single-group goals. Members are generally willing to help their guildmates in whatever way they can. Applicants should have a good attitude and be supportive and willing to help other guildmates.

If your class is listed as "Closed", that means that VG is currently well staffed in your class and there is not a need to recruit an additional player of that class. However, we realize that there are exceptional players out there and we understand the benefit to the guild by not turning them away. Therefore, we have a process where a player of exceptional skill with a highly-experienced character can apply to Valorguard as an "exceptional applicant". The requirements for Exceptional Applicants are considerably higher than those of a standard applicant, and are based on the stats of our current members in that class. We are an end game raiding guild who's goal is to beat each expansion while it's still current and experience the hardest content EQ has to offer. We've been successful at this for over 10 years now and we're still doing it. We also try to avoid exploits and cheats overly 'creative' tactics and play the game as intended. If a 54 man raid is beatable without lockouts by 12 people dressed in a full suit of Blackened Iron (magical immunity!) while wielding a Glowing Lightstone in one hand and a fishing rod in the other and chain clicking Grim Aura earrings, then we'll assume that wasn't intended and avoid using it as 'strategy'. We're an EST based guild who raids four nights a week on the following schedule:

Sundays:..........2pm to around 8pm EST (11am-5pm PST) or later depending on content and progression
Mondays:..........6pm to around 10pm EST (3pm-7pm PST) or later depending on content and progression
Wednesdays:...6pm to around 10pm EST (3pm-7pm PST) or later depending on content and progression
Thursdays:.......6pm to around 10pm EST (3pm-7pm PST) or later depending on content and progression

Our loot system is a DKP system with loots being a set price so everyone earns the same DKP and pays the same price for loots they receive. We aim to keep our numbers low while still filling raids, so this means high attendance is a must. While we require high attendance, we get our lock outs in 4 days of raiding leaving time to play with non-raiding friends, EXPing, farming, questing, or just having a life outside EQ. This allows us to gear everyone up faster without diluting gear across 100+ accounts, and also means very little sitting out of full raids.

Travelers of Norrath is looking to add several players to our ranks. Among our highest needs are: Clerics, Shamans, Enchanters, and Knights. However, we encourage other classes to submit applications as well.

We are an eastern-based raiding guild that uses a DKP as our loot distribution system. Our raid times are Sunday (5 pm EST - 8 pm EST), and Tuesday – Thursday (8 pm EST – 11 pm EST).

We are currently transitioning from Tower to Early Underfoot, and have three kills of Fippy, with progress made on the Cooling Chambers Beast.

Appotus Dominus. We are the drunken masters of Maelin Starpyre! Uhh... Drinal. And we are in need of a paladin with high raid attendance. Need not be able to actually talk to animals or make flowers bloom where you walk, but being able to stitch people back together (even if it is with that nasty green stuff) is a definite plus.

AD is an 8 year old, stable guild of good folks who value good nature and good humor over all, but we do what we must to get the job done. Our first demolishing of the Tower of Discord took place some under a year ago and Fippy is on farm status currently. We're working on The Beast Below and have stuck our toes in the waters of Pellucid Grotto's raid event.

Requirements:

Level 85, 1000 AAs (or close)
The Gates of Disc--- uhh, Underfoot expansion.
SoD progression to Korafax. Tower key not required.
A good head and functional gear for our current content. At least SoD T5 gear (or very close) is a must.
All augs filled out is appreciated and preferred.
We require 50% raid attendance but the higher the better. We need a dedicated person to their class and to their guild who likes waffles. Okay, not really so much the waffle part.
We raid Sunday to Thursday at 6PM CST to 10PM and use a DKP system with open bidding.

Hey all!

As devs have promised, Firiona Vie server is opening soon and we are getting all 8 char slots and exp bonus! So for the first time I am able to tell everyone about our small raiding organization Below is some information about us and I wanted to post this here as well, because my own char is druid and I would love to have more skilled druids with us!

The Planar Campaign is one of the oldest raiding organizations on Firiona Vie server. We started as a group of players, who wished to get epic 1.0s without joining a raid guild. It was a huge success and after a while it was clear we needed a new goal - progression. We have since progressed in raiding from Planes of Power to SoD Tower and planning to start UF raids. Slowly over the years we have been catching up the progression but still keeping the raids casual - 3 times a week.

So if you are on FV server or wanting to move there as servers opens, we are always glad to have new members to our ranks! At the moment we do not have much requirements other than level 80 char with Korafax access. Anyone can join us as we are not a guild but raid organization. All classes are welcome, but we need especially clerics, shamans, druids, chanters and bards. Well ok all classes! We raid 3 times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday).

It doesn't matter if you are in a guild or not, PC was created so that people who are not in guilds or who are in smaller guilds could still progress, finish epics, and see some high end content without being in a raiding guild.
