Exodus bug

So, quite often I will hit exodus on druid, be all congratulating myself on a smart move as my guys pop at zone in, to find druid at his bind point.

He gets the exodus off, but ends up dead. This isn't from a 'collapsed before you could escape' either as I don't even see any damage in his dmg window. He never gets hit that I have seen, he is in transit.

Has anyone any experience with this or information? I have bugged it a couple times, but wondering what others know about this.

Thanks

This has happened for a very long time. What happens is that the caster (druid/wizard) stays for extra seconds so the mobs go after them or continue hitting hence the Exodus bug. The zone is not reacting quick enough to your Exodus/succor.

Is there any workaround or way to get around this, or the druid just randomly dies?

Usually if you run and cast Exodus the druid will get away from mellee range, but no ..... there is no real work around other than killing your whole group for not succoring.

And it is not random die ........... The zone is just slow on reacting to your evac, hence the mobs still notice that you are there.
