Really, the CC project was a Community Relations idea - and it sounded good - but in practice, the Devs seem to have certain people who they rely on for certain feedback, regardless of who is appointed to what by the CR team. And in hindsight, keeping a list of "the ten things we hate most" pinned for all to see might have been counterproductive.

The best you can hope for is that the person who the devs rely on for feedback about a class represents the community's interests and is willing to actively lobby for them. The mage CC is a good example of where the setup is near optimal, since the mage CC is more or less the person the devs rely on for feedback about mages.
