Chances are good this is unrelated to shamans, BUT, this wasn't included in the patch message. Interesting to know if you like to get into the gritty details on how buffs work...
They finally fixed with my 2.0 clicky, looks like its going with todays patch. There are some other spells that are also getting fixed during this update, per the list in that post on the sony forums.
First posted on the Goberserker forums, but I just can't contain myself about this fix. It should actually allow me to crit with every swing (or damn near) while it's active.

Was personally hoping they'd make the melee damage worth a damn. Would've been nice to be able to successively hit in the 400s with melee damage, instead of about 4 misses to every average hit of 40 damage. (pulling numbers outta tha arse).
Would be interesting if Rabid bear allowed us to hit in the 200s, rampage, dot stuff, and our health would slowly drain as a side effect (I mean we're not exactly healthy in this state) the longer it's on us, the bigger the self-dot becomes. The later levels would make us hit for more, and cause greater damage to ourselves.
