Hello, i've been doing a little research on the racial abilities and such for some of the races for shaman but there is still some information I can't find and if possible i'd like some help.

Iksar inate armor, how does this work? I am asuming it scales as you level but i'd like to find out how much.
Iksar/troll regen, based off what I see it adds an extra +4 regen but I found something on the eq forums that kind of strikes my interest...
level 50 troll shaman regen with chloro 12 standing, 18 sitting
level 50 barbarian shaman regen with chloro 11 standing, 14 sitting
level 70 troll shaman regen with regen3, convalescense 2, 45 worn regen and spirit of perserverance 135 standing, 141 sitting
level 70 barbarian shaman regen with regen3, convalescense 2, 45 worn regen and spirit of perserverance 123 standing, 126 sitting

please forgive me if this is a rather newbish act but i'm having a hard time deciding on what race to make my shaman.

In the end my major question is, Would the Iksar regen/ac be worth it? Personally I wanted to be a frog because my buddy told me the regen was only +1 but his Iksar regens at 4 per tick in combat, which overall I think could help with canis at higher levels. Plus I was told froglocks didn't have to worry about faction too much unlike Iksar, but i'm still rather new to the game.

Iksar make good handbags, especially the chiksar

Frogloks are tasty, mmm. Which isnt bad when you're a shaman, because you're chewing yourself for mana a lot.

Funi, how does a shaman reaches a heal of 14334 ?

AFAIK, our best heal is = 2985.

AA: Healing Adept Mastery 3 = 28%
Spell: Circle of Life III = 12%
Item: Pelzia's Replenishment = 65%
= 105%

2985 * 2.05 = 6119.25 != 7167 = 2985 * 2.4

or do these multiply ? 1.28 * 1.12 * 1.65 = 2.365

What am I missing ?

Being an Ogre since 1999 I just took it for granted that I never got stunned from the front. My playstyle is usually 3 boxing where I tank mobs over my warrior due to me being much better geared. I played around with a few friends shaman to level up toons on my shaman account and that is when I finally realized how great the stun immunity really was. Being stunned when you are trying to cast through mobs on you sucks when you aren't used to it.
