If you monk heavy you might have been noticing the . They lost 200+ DPS on short term fights.

So it resets it randomly? It doesnt always reset it? Thats probably why I don't see a significant decrease in dps.

Something else strange, 40 delay weapon slowed 75% should be 160 delay or 16 seconds, but the panther procs are 14 seconds apart (If I remove panther, the melee round goes back to being 16 seconds apart)...

If you've been stripped of haste, then slowed, click off panther. lol

Here is a real world scenario to show what kind of dps people are losing with panther on them:

Level 75 Berserker
a 40 delay weapon
100% hasted
Dueling my shaman

No Panther:


With Panther:


As these parses are short the dps values reported by EqCompanion can be ignored (due to variance in hit / miss and the damage range not being accurate over a 10 minute parse, if it was a 10 hour parse we could look at those). The important values to compare which should be accurate over such a short parse are:

Delay:
No Panther: 20 (as expected from a 40 delay weapon with 100% haste)
With Panther: 22

Thats a 10% decrease in dps

Total swings:
No Panther: 463 + 416 = 879
With Panther: 428 + 364 = 792

Thats also about a 10% decrease which backs up the delay difference above

Interesting but you really need an 8 hour parse or so to get rid of a lot of the RNG factor that is very much present in a short parse.

A 10.5 hour parse showed a 5% increase in delay on a 100% hasted person using a 33 delay weapon, while using panther. (without panther the delay between rounds was 1.65 seconds and with panther it increased to 1.73 seconds)
