Guild Seeks Shaman - Part IV, 2009

Postby Saintsaens » Fri Jan 09, 2009 5:59 pm

hmm, didn't know if I needed to make a new topic or not, since it's 2009... but needed to post this for my guild.

Vallis Aspectus of the Tribunal is seeking several actively playing shamans. We are a large, fairly active, but casual raiding guild, and have been around for years, originally starting on Solusek Ro before Ayonae Ro split off. Some content can be PG13, but there are people of all ages in guild, with most being in their 20s to 30s in age.

Shaman requirements (summarized, full class requirements can be found ):

1) Level 80+ with a magelo. Should be 9k HP/10k mana minimum.
2) Spell book completed to Level 80, including Blood of Nadox, RGC and Lassitude rk2 or Languor and Ancestral Intervention.
3) 500+ AAs, including Runspeed 3, RCure 3 min, Frenz CANN, SCRM, MGB, Combat Agility/Stability, Call of the wild and Healing Adept and Healing Gift lines maxed or close to it.

Raid information:

Currently, we are working on learning Solteris (have beaten event #1 so far), and are actively farming tier 1 and 2 of SoF. We raid most nights of the week starting at 9 pm EST on a block schedule (for example, 3 nights at Solteris, 2 nights off, 2 nights at SoF targets), so our off days vary. Loot is done by DKP system (see for a full description of our system).

Contact information:

If interested in more information, please read over our and , or send a tell to our recruiters: ;t tribunal.Saintsaens (can also PM me on Samanna's as well), Leighah or Nilinusar in game. To apply, copy the to a new thread in the same forum, and fill in the answers.

Inverse Logic of the Stromm server is currently recruiting a few high play time Shaman!

Website: Inverselogic.guildportal.com

We raid 4 days a week, with low raiding % requirements, as we realise Real life comes first and sometimes even though we would like to be there, life doesn't permit it. Our current raid schedule is : Sunday 6 CST to 11 CST, Tuesday from 7 CST to 11 CST. Weds from 7 30 CST to 10 30 CST (we rarely go the full 3 hours) and lastly Thursday from 7 CST to 11 CST.

Our application process is 3 weeks long. The first 14 days the guild will critique your application, and play style in groups as well as raids. The final 7 days you will be voted upon. After you're up for vote, you will either get another 21 days to prove yourself, or be accepted. During your application period you will be required to hold a 50% attendance, after which you will only need to hold a 20% over 60 days on our dkp roster in order to bid on items. (while this may be the case, we are looking for serious raiders)

We are currently raiding and farming Meldraths Majestic Mansion for keys as well as cores. We hit Ralkor and Soulbleeder consistantly, and by the end of the week we should be farming Queen Malarian and Rottrued the twisted. About 6 weeks from the date of this post we should also be starting our Crystallos campaign.

If you're looking for a friendly group of players, and a relaxed raiding atmospher Inverse Logic is the guild for you. If you have any questions feel free to send myself ( stromm.caan ) , stromm.Boadwell , stromm.obione or stromm.Phyros a tell , and we can answer any questions you may have for us.

Feral Fury, an adult guild on the Tunare (E`ci) server, is recruiting shamans to help us fill out our raiding force! We currently raid once a week, but are looking to potentially expand our raid schedule to two (or eventually three) times a week. We are looking to move into Frostcrypt/Ashengate raids, and we are working on getting everyone in the guild their epic 2.0.

Current Raid Schedule
Saturday Evening at 7 PM Central Time. Briefing begins no later than 7, and often earlier.

Raids are NOT currently required, though that may change in the semi-near future. We do a lot of grouping activities during the week.

We are looking primarily for characters who are level 65 or above, but we accept characters of all levels. If you are interested, please send an email or PM to me through these forums, or send an in-game tell to Antibane, Phanol, Dekam, Tandaan, Killyen, Horusoto, Faedori, or Amaquin in EverQuest. We look forward to hearing from you!

Yes Folks, it's that time again.

D'Pikey (http://www.pikeys.net) is opening up recruitment (limited numbers) on several classes.

Are you an experienced raider looking for fresh challenges in a new environment?
Are you looking to get into the raiding game after being a dedicated group player for many years?
Are you looking for a new environment for your character to thrive in?

If any of your answers result in 'yes' then D'Pikey is interested in you!

Who are we?
D'Pikey is a raiding guild on the Antonius Bayle server, consisting of a big group of mature players who have been raiding together for many years. We are currently working on the SoD expansion and are raiding the Tower of Discord to finish the expansion. We are amongst the top guilds serverwide according to the lavanet progression charts.

What classes are we looking for?

Open: Cleric, Bard, Ranger, Monk, Beastlord, Magician, Necromancer, Wizard, Berzerker, Shaman and Druid

Closed: Paladin, Shadowknight, Enchanter and Warrior

When does D’Pikey raid?
D’Pikey is active on the Antonius Bayle server, our main raiding times are:

Sunday = 3.30pm to 12.00am CET (9.30am to 6.00pm EST)

Monday thru Thursday = 8.00pm to 12.00am CET (2.00pm to 6.00pm EST)

Friday and Saturday = no raids either day

We are looking for European players as well as people from other parts of the world that can match our raid schedule, for instance people from the US that work shifts.

What are the requirements?
D’Pikey is a raiding guild, therefore the first requirement is that you are interested in raiding and seeing the end game of Everquest.

We are however looking for motivated people who are willing to put in time and effort into their characters and the guild. We require you to make 50% raid attendance during your trial. If you think your current gear/aa situation is not good enough to join our guild then please get in contact with one of our officers to discuss the possibilities.

We are a raiding guild, we do however understand that real life comes first.

Ok, ok, you got me interested, how does the trial stage work?
Once you get tagged as a Pikey your trial commences and will last 30 days. After these 30 days and if you had positive feedback on your trial then you will be tagged as a full member. During your trial you will earn DKP and may loot items in concordance with the guild’s DKP rules.

Ok, now you definitely got me interested, where can I find more info?
First of all there is our website: http://www.pikeys.net. Alternatively you can talk to one of our recruitment officers: Garot (;tell antonius.garot), Occasus (;tell antonius.occasus) or Purrfection (;tell antonius.purrfection). We can also be contacted by e-mail through pikeysrecruitment@hotmail.com

If you are considering to move server to join Pikeys please make sure to talk to us before making your server transfer request.

Pikeys Out.

Triton of Povar is seeking a few good Shaman applicants.

If you are looking to be a part of something special, and to be a part of a top 10 raiding guild serverwide, we may have a home for you. Triton has completed all of SoD and is currently in farm mode for all SoD raids. Now is a great time to join, get to know everyone, and enjoy increased opportunity to improve your character. Because it's a farming time, investing in undergeared applicants may be considered.

Requirements:
1) Level 85 is required.
2) A minimum of 1000 AA is recommended.
3) You must know how to play your class.

Raid Information:
Triton currently raids 6 nights a week (Sat thru Thursday from 7:30PM EST to 11:30PM EST) Maintaining a 70% raid attendance is requred. During farm status, we will likely have another off day due to lack of meaningful targets available.

Trial Information
The trial period for a new apllicant is approximately 30 days, during which you will be expected to meet the minimum raid requirements and perform to expectation.

Contact Information
If you are interested in becoming a part of triton, you may contact me by email at senthiele@cox.net or any triton officer on Povar.

Cross Posting to help my Guildy out.. 8) Come join us... we have a great time!!!!

Maelin Starpyre's oldest active raiding guild Sequel is actively RECRUITING!

Here is a chance to join the oldest surviving active raiding guild on Maelin Starpyre!

We are looking for a few good players of most classes, especially DPS and healing classes.

We welcome server transfers.

Anyone with high play time, good spirits, and good AAs will always be considered!

Here are a few things that can help:
* Level 80
* A good pile of aa's
* Ability to play your class well

We are willing to take people without raiding experience as we can then build up your raiding skills based on how our team works together.

Our current targets include:
* MMM and equivalent SoD targets on farm mode
* Crystallos and equivalent SoD targets on farm mode
* Korafax and Rathe targets for progression

We are a non-mandatory raiding guild.. ie we think of "not raiding" as how you would treat sick days at work. If you're online and miss raids once in a while np, if it becomes habit it is then obvious your heart is in the wrong place. We encourage participation. We average about 99 percent raid participation.

To expand on "non-mandatory raiding guild", and to hopefully answer a few question we get about this:

- Sequel raids 6 days a week, from 8pm to 12 am EST. Thursday is our exp day.

- Sequel does not require that you attend 6 days of raids in order to maintain membership (though it helps as an app to get voted in).

- Sequel does not require that you attend raids if online, however it is of course encouraged, though our members want to raid so this is not a problem.

If you have any questions, send tells to Slackqueen, Hedbonker, Kelhben, Ratblaster, Rylilki, Laeadasea and of course, myself, Gamanern.

We are looking for people that play on a regular basis, are consistent, team players, and have a good handle on their class. We want people that have positive attitudes, and who fulfill their roles to the best of their abilities. We are looking for raiders. If you are online when a raid is called, then you are expected to attend. We want people that are loyal and will put their guild first, themselves second.

RAID INFORMATION:
Raid times: 8pm-midnight eastern Sat-Thur (Fridays are off nights)
Playtime desirability: 4x a week
Content: We are currently progressing through the Discord Tower while farming lower tiered SoD events as well as Crystallos.

TRIALITY
We are looking for a few good shamans.
The largest areas of concern are skill and raid attendance. The second thing we are going to look at is gear and AA's if you have the ability we can work with poor gear. We prefer that you have most of the good AA's done but can work around that on a case by case basis. 1000 is about as low as I will go on a shaman app though. If you feel that you have the skill but not the AA do not be afraid to talk to someone and we may be able to work something out for you.

We raid 7 days a week, from 6 pm CST to 10 pm CST. We are farming SoD.
If you are interested contact Hylea, Gilthanos, Kayanau or Myself. Be prepared to answer a few questions and you must talk to Hylea and get permission before posting an application.

Draco Invictus (Xegony server) is presently looking to add skilled shamans. Applicants will be considered in scale with the content we're currently doing. We have finished MMM and are starting Crystallos and are also regularly in SoD. Come join us on Thursday evenings at 8:30 pm EST/5:30 PST for open raids with SoF targets.

DI is essentially a Central Time Zone guild. We're in a raiding alliance with Jade Dragon. Our guilds are 2 of the longest-standing on Xegony we have had a successful alliance for a number of years now. Our personalties and goals mesh extremely well, though we are separate entities regarding certain policies, with 2 sets of officers.

Raids begin around 8:30 p.m. EST (5:30 p.m. PST) and continue until around 11:30 (8:30 PST). DI offers a less hard-core environment than most other guilds at our level, with the realization by guild leadership that real life is a priority for many people. Formal nights off from raiding are Wednesday and Friday.

We are looking for mature raiders with a strong desire to progress through MMM and into the most recent expansion. Our focus presently is finishing SoF. We're in the top few guilds progression-wise on Xegony. A good reputation is mandatory for consideration as an applicant. We ask that you be level 80 with at least 300 AA's, although exceptions can be made, depending on class needs and other criteria. Special priority will be given, of course, to applicants who are level 85 with 500+ AA's, though our main focus is adding players compatible with our membership base and concentrating on improving the viability of their characters.

Even if your class is listed as low need, if you have exceptional gear, AA, and playtime, please don't hesitate to contact an officer to see if we can make room. The numbers listed are not quotas, but goals.

If you are considering transferring from another server, please contact Druzzil.Qulas, Swag, or Gindainy before transferring so we can guarantee you the chance to prove yourself on raids. For more information about ROI, please visit

PST Raiding Guild Seeks Shammie!

Sacred Fyre is seeking one high play time Shaman!

Basic Information:

-Sacred Fyre is a PST family guild on Fennin Ro that raids high end content. We have cleared all of SoD, all zones are on farm status (Tower, Korifax, Rathe, ect...) We eagerly await the new expansion to start new progression!
-Our raid times are 8:30pm - 1:00am PST.
-We raid 5 days a week (Sunday - Wednesday and Saturday). Thursdays are optional non-dkp raids, and Friday is the official day of rest.

What we are looking for:
-We are looking for one high play time shaman lvl 85 and some well spent AA's (AA's are flexible, but you will be expected to show some progress during your app period)
-You should be able to follow instructions
-Be willing to learn from others
-Have the ability to get along well with others and work well with others
-Keys that will need to be obtained are Crystallos(non raid), and Void E. (These keys will need to be obtained in order to attend the majority of our raids)

Why Sacred Fyre?
-We are a well structured family raiding guild with a strong raid force, we have a high number of raiding members which means you will not have to worry about "low number nights."
-We have a fair loot system that is mostly based on attendance, you save and spend your dkp as you see fit. The higher your raid attendance the better your chances are of consistently obtaining gear.
-Our raid times are great for a number of situations. West coast and Hawaii/Alaska raiders, people who work late, people with friends and families are free to spend time with them and raid during the later evening times.
-Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nI430H0ozYg

Contact Information:
-To submit an application or for questions you are welcome to use the following sources:

Other classes that we are actively recruiting:
1 Bard
1 Cleric
Not a class that we are actively recruiting? We might still have a spot for you in our raid force! Feel free to contact us for information!

About Us:

Cestus Dei is a guild which has evovled from a high end raiding guild to more of a "family style" guild... we are raiders who like much of the EQ population has grown older and matured. We don't put harsh raid attendence policies on our membership. This doesn't mean we have lost our competitiveness. We were 2nd on our server to beat SoD and as every day passes we gain strength.

Requirements:

-Level 85
-Void E flag
-750AA minimum... focus on heal and cure AA's is a must.
-50% raid attendence is required during the app period

Raid Info:

We typically raid between the hrs of 6:30 - 10:30pm CST. We raid between 5-6 nights per week, Friday being our off day (sometimes Saturdays as well are off). We clear most all of SoD raid essence dropping mobs weekly (Kora, Earth Theme, Normal Tower and Hardmode Tower). We do some Hardmode Earth raids to fill in the time between lockouts.

We use a conventional DKP system to award loot and spells.

App Info:

-Apps generally last between 3-6 weeks... this varies based on playtimes, skill level, and the ability to get along with others.
-All applicants are tagged with the CD tag.
-Applicants earn DKP during their app period which can be spent if no other CD mains need.

Contact Info:

-Website: http://www.cestusdei.org
-Recruitment Officer: Farken
-Other Officers: Zelena, Galan, Sandaormo, Sulaya, and Xikkorakx

Update 9/5/09- Still Looking for one more... Website is fixed. You can always feel free to contact one of the above mentioned if interested in app'ing

SPITE CLUB (EST) Recruiting (3 days a week, tower flagged)

Postby Kross » Wed Aug 12, 2009 1:11 pm

We are currently recruiting 1 to 2 active solid shamans. if you are motivated we have no problem gearing up new members. Currently farming SoD T3 zones and starting Tower.

Our raid times are Tuesday and Thursday 8 to 11pm, and Sunday 6 to 11pm eastern. We have a 60% attendance requirement to meet active status, predetermined dkp value system with scaling dkp hourly rates to prevent inflation.

Spite Club has only been around roughly over a year and currently in the top 4 guilds on the server. We've done amazing things with less people and in a short amount of time, so if you are looking for a guild with skilled folks and no time for drama check us out

http://www.spiteclub.net

Or contact, Kross, Muven, Ibeogur, or Geran in game!

Alarius is actively recruiting shaman!
We are an adult guild on the Cazic-Thule server with an excellent reputation for skill and fair play. We are committed to working together to progress as a guild; however, we do not race through content. We find our way through high end events the Alarius way.

We are progressing through SoD. Currently have 2/3 Korafax raids down, and working on other tier 3 raids.

Raid Information:
We raid three nights a week: Sunday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 9pm-12am PST.

Recruit Requirements:
Level 85 w/ 400 AAs to app, 600 AAs to be guilded
Void E / Korafax access
Maintain a minimum of 75% raid attendance
