Returning Shaman needs some help

I'm going to assume you have all of your spells of Level 73 and below. If not, ask your friend(s) to assist you in getting the spells ASAP! The following numbers will be base durations / damage /etc... Your mileage will be greater most likely.

Slows
Turgur's Insects (Time's Antithesis if you have it) - 75% slow - 6.5 minute duration - if no TA, use this on named mobs.
Balance of Discord - 75% slow - 1.5 minute duration - use for normal trash if no TA
Tortugone's Drowse - 50% PBAE slow - 3 tick duration

Direct Damage
Sting of the Queen (poison nuke) - 2890 dd - 0.5 cast time 12 recast - use this, better than dots in short fights. Just watch your mana levels, can go OOM very quick using it every time it repops.
Ahnkaul's Spear of Venom (poison nuke) - 1496 dd - 4.2 cast time 2.25 recast - not really worth it
Ice Age (ice nuke) - 1273 dd - 5.5 cast time 2.25 recast - no really worth it

DoT's
Breath of Ternsmochin - disease DoT - 296 damage/tick for 1.4 minutes - not horrible, not good
Blood of Yoppa - poison DoT - 450 damage/tick - 7 ticks
Nectar of Pain - reverse splurt poison DoT - starts at 680 and ramps downward (not really significantly though) - 7 ticks
Curse of Sisslak - poison DoT - 578 damage/tick - 5 ticks
Bane - magic DoT - 438 damage/tick - 5 ticks

Melee Enhancements
Champion - increase ATK by 140, AGI by 140, STR by 140, DEX by 140, 10% added to all melee damage skill modifiers
Spirit of the Panther - adds a 400 dd proc to melees
Talisman of the Panter - group version of the above, use if you have more than 2 targets for Panther
Epic 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5 click - adds a melee critical rate and damage increase also casts a group HoT
Lassitude - adds a defensive proc which casts a 25% slow on the target when it hits the tank

HoT's
Halcyon Breeze - single target HoT - increases HP by 1203/tick for 4 ticks
Ghost of Renewal - group HoT - increases HP by 630/tick for 4 ticks

Buffs
Ancestral Bulwark - adds 46 ac does not stack with cleric AC or HP/AC lines
Dire Focusing - similar to Focus of the Seventh if you remember it. Adds 816 hp, 91 STR, 91 DEX, 91 to the STR cap, 91 to the DEX cap
Spirit of Fortitude - adds 75 STA, increases STA cap by 40
Spirit of the Stoic One - regen of 72 hp/tick
Spirit of Might - increases damage from skills by 5%
Preternatural Foresight - increases chance to avoid melee hits by 8%
Talisman of Celerity - 60% haste for the group, lasts longer than the single target version

Pet
Kyrah's Faithful - useful when you use Panther on it. Pets have a greater chance to proc the 400 dd than players do. Remember to buff Fluffy to the max.

Debuffs
Malos - unresistable debuff - decreases CR/MR/PR/FR by 55 - cast this first if resists on the below spell are too high
Malosinise - resistable debuff - increases spell damage by 3%, decreases CR/MR/PR/FR by 76
Idol of Malos - a totem is put in place for a medium duration that debuffs ALL mobs CR/MR/PR/FR within range by 40 - be careful with this spell, if there's more than one mob in camp, you're more likely to draw agro with it. Personally, I don't use it much
Crippling Spasm - decreases mob DEX / AGI / STR by 100 and AC by 39
Malicious Decay - unresistable debuff - decreases DR by 60 - use this when you use your AA root
Putrid Decay - resistable debuff - decreases DR / PR by 55

Canni
Canni dancing is no more!
Canni V AA - 4057 HP for 2248 mana
Ancestral Bargain - 1042 HP for 562 mana

Healing
Ahnkaul's Mending - 2788 healed
Ancient: Wilslik's Mending - 2716 healed (if you have this spell)
use which ever focus you have that's higher

Roots
I still use my root pants from PoP believe it or not, very helpful
Virulent Paralysis - AA Root with a knockback - when used with Malicious Decay, will most likely last the full duration (if no melee'ing on the mob is going on) - 3 minutes
Petrifying Earth - 3 min duration - rarely lasts the full time

Invis
Spirit Veil - fixed duration invis - 10 minutes
