Been gone since 2003. What is new (nutshell version).

So, I got burned out in Feb. 2003 and quit playing EQ. Got rid of my shaman and figured it was the last I would ever see of EQ. Well, I was bored the other day and EQ had sent me one of those "get 30 days free to come back and try EQ" emails so I figured why not log in and see if any of the old gang are still around. Low and behold, my old guild leader was still playing. Long story short, he talked me into coming back to the game. I still had my old account (not the one with my shaman, but the one with my warrior) so used that one. But being a shaman is the only way to roll, so I created a new Froglok shaman. I am now up to level 44, but there are a TON of things that have changed since 2003 when I was last playing.
What I am asking is, in a nutshell, what would the shaman community say are the most important changes I should know about since 2003? Thanks for any tidbits of knowledge!
