DoD Thoughts in general
Posted: Mon Sep 12, 2005 1:43 pmI'm curious as to what everyone thinks of the new expansion. I have seen the AA's we have been given, the new spells, monster missions etc etc. I played on beta, I know how the spells work and have even played in a couple monster missions / shrouds.
Unfortunately, thats about as far as the extent of my knowledge goes. I raid in the evenings, so I wasnt able to really get on and fool around in the new zones. Tried a guild group there once, we kept falling into some underground place that I cant think of right now, annoyed us so much we just gave up.
I'm curious in what you think of this expansion, in a shaman perspective. Is it even worth me getting? Right now, i'm feeling that all I will be getting it for is raids, and honestly that doesnt excite me much. I personally like to see what I can do with my shaman, and with our new AA's [no utility at all, pretty much all junk aside from our melee rune] and 2 new slows which I will never mem [25% slow, and a 40% slow? No thanks] and an AE that is so situational I can only see memming it for plane of time.
