Shaman AA level requirements.

So I've been searching around for a page that has a list of all the AA costs and level requirements for all of the Shaman AAs. Does anyone know if such a thing exists? Thanks in advance.

The cost per level and possibly any level requirements have changed, and would have to be recorded by someone as they level up and purchase them. If you post that info here, I'll be happy to edit it in.
