I've been thinking about returning to EQ, I quit near the beginning of SoD. That said, how is the game at this stage and what could I expect to have changed since I quit?

Also since I'm sure someone will say: You can expect your server to be changed! when they see what server I have listed. I realize it's now Drinal.
