Billing error

Dear EverQuest Subscriber,

In mid-May, 2005, we advised you via email, patch message and website announcement that the EverQuest subscription rates would be increasing in June, 2005. We announced that the new pricing would be:

1 Month: $14.99
3 Month: $41.97
6 Month: $77.94
12 Month: $143.88

Due to a billing error, SOE undercharged you on any subscription cycles that were processed since the new pricing went into effect. Accordingly, SOE will be processing a one-time additional charge to your credit card for the difference. This small additional charge will appear on your next credit card statement.

Billing error eh? Maybe they should just charge 12.99 for the rest of the year and then on Christmas charge the remainder of the balance.

Honestly they should eat it for the billing error. They screwed up... they should be held accountable for it. 2 bucks are better in my pocket than in theirs

Posting an opinion, last I checked was not drama. Posting something like "Drama class that way------>", which is what I quoted from you, is the blunt abrupt comment in question.

I have no desire to inflate your ego further by saying anything else to fuel your "TNT" way of posting. One point of these new boards was to avoid this such thing so I'll spare the admins any further comments from me on this matter. If you need that last word... have a blast bro.
