World of Warcraft Enchanting past 300

I have finally reached 300 skill level in Enchanting. I can not find any "how to" information on where to go to train past 300. What level do I need to be to reach one of these areas? Can anyone please help. I am an Alliance Night Elf, lvl 45.

As I remember, the trainer is located in Shattrath, you need to be level 55 to train (and level 58 to enter BC the usual way).
Or, find a friendly mage and pay him for the portal to shattrath.

There is a trainer there but if you have already chosen a faction there and picked aldor ( if my memory is correct ) then you will be KoS to the guards in that area and the trainer wont talk to you.
